This page explains how to permanently delete your Zenth account using the Zenth mobile application. Account deletion is irreversible, so please review the steps carefully before proceeding.
You can delete your Zenth account at any time. Once completed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed, except for information we may be required to retain for legal, security, or fraud‑prevention purposes.
For security reasons, account deletion must be initiated from within the Zenth mobile app and verified through your email.
Follow these steps to permanently remove your Zenth account:
Launch the Zenth app on your device and ensure you are logged in.
Open the main menu and select Manage Account.
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage Account screen. The Delete Account option is located directly beneath the Log Out button.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account and that you understand the consequences.
After confirming in the app, you will receive an email containing a verification link. This ensures that only the account owner can complete the deletion.
Tap the link in the email. You will be taken to a secure Zenth page where you can finalize the deletion.
Follow the on‑screen instructions to permanently delete your account.
